Polishing and lapping
Our product range includes diamond pastes and polishing sprays with natural and synthetic diamonds in micrograin sizes as well as diamond hand lappers in fine to coarse grain sizes.
The diamond pastes and polishing sprays are silicone-free and the components are selected according to "Reach" specifications.
Diamond hand lappers are used for the post-treatment of hard metal cutting edges, deburring, and sharpening of tools or cutters.
WEISS diamond hand lappers are available in synthetic resin and metal bond.
Diamond polishing paste

Diamond polishing spray
- 165 ml spray can made of tinplate with one spray head for fine dosing
- CFC-free propellants
- Bond type A: low viscosity for laboratory use
- Bond type B: for tool making
Diamond hand lapper
- Fine-lapping of carbide cutting tools with good stock removal and increased cutting performance due to sharp cutting edges
- Bonds in type K: Plastic bond on light metal carrier; type M: Metal bond on light metal or steel carrier; type G: Galvanic bond on light metal or steel carrier
- Dimensions of the diamond-coated surface: 10 mm x 38 mm
- Grain size (in µm): D15 (fine), D25, D46, D64, D91 and D126 (coarse)
