Special tools

One of our key strengths is the manufacture of diamond and CBN special tools.
We manufacture special tools for turning, milling, dressing and grinding based on sketches, drawings, sample tools, part tools or even after consultation by telephone. If you wish, we can visit you on site, or you can send us the data by post or e-mail.

The development time of the tools can be greatly shortened with further information such as machine capacities, material to be machined, cooling possibilities, surface qualities, etc. Once the drawing has been approved by the customer, the tools are produced and delivered. Follow-up enquiries after the tools have been successfully put to use help us to implement improvement measures and thus continuously improve our performance.
